My Journey

I know what it feels like to build a life that looks right from the outside —

and feel lost inside it.

If you're here, I have a feeling I know something about you.

You're someone who gets things done. You've worked hard, shown up for everyone, checked the boxes — and built something that looks pretty great from the outside. And yet, quietly, there's this voice that keeps asking: is this really it?

I know that voice well. It followed me all the way from Ukraine to New York when I was just 20 years old — $100 in my pocket, no plan, just courage. I made it on my own in New York, lived through 9/11, worked two jobs to put myself through college. I climbed the corporate ladder, earned my degrees, got married to a great guy, checked all the boxes. I had everything I was supposed to want.

And still, something kept pulling me forward. It wasn't until my quest led me to the banks of the Ganges in India — having left everything familiar behind — that I finally understood: that voice wasn't my problem. It was my compass.

What changed everything was giving myself permission to actually listen — to go inward instead of forward. That led me to yoga teacher training in India, learning meditation, Reiki energy healing and Thai massage with the best teachers — and eventually to the most important training of all: my own transformation.

Coming home didn't mean leaving my life behind. I came back to New York, to my marriage, and eventually to motherhood — and to a career I still lead in today. The difference is that I now live it on my own terms. I didn't need to burn everything down to find myself. I needed to stop abandoning myself inside the life I'd built. Everything I learned along the way became the NEST Method: the path I now walk with women standing at their own crossroads.

I'm a certified Purpose and Transformation Coach. But more than my credentials, I bring you this: I've done the work myself. I know what it costs to keep performing a life that isn't quite yours. And I know what it feels like to finally come home to yourself.

That's what I'm here to help you do.

Welcome to Transformation Nest. I'm really glad you found it.
